Quality and enviroment policy

The members of Muxu consider that the Quality is an essential factor to offer and integral service to its customers, always respecting the environment.

In order to obtain this confidence, the Direction has created a system of management based on the following elements:

• To maintain an infrastructure that as much fulfills the legal and prescribed requirements in matter of quality and environment.
• Correct definition of the responsibilities, functions and promote the internal communication between its members.
• Analysis of the happened deviations to learn of them and to avoid its repetition.
• To establish actions planned of identification of aspects, prevention of contamination and correction of conformities not to obtain the continuous improvement during the implantation of processes.
• Commitment to fulfill the exigencies, desires and expectations of the clients contractual and to obtain its maximum level of satisfaction.
• The Direction is responsible to impel the implantation of the policy and the environmental objectives of quality and its pursuits, being verified its correct execution and application by controls.
• Improve the relations with our collaborators, suppliers, with the public authorities or other public statements.
• To optimize the resources available by means of the definition of indicators of processes.

The policy of quality and environment is communicated all the personnel and it reviews itself annually during the revision by the Direction to guarantee his continuous adjustment.
